Wax and Wane

24 hr notice for cancellations MUST be given. For any no call-no show and cancellations outside of this alloted window, a 30% fee of the booked service will be charged to the card on file (on a $100 service, a $30 cancellation fee outside of the 24 hour window will be charged). Any service over $50 will require a deposit no exceptions. Any deposits or no show fees are non refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. Appointments can be held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, you will be considered a no show and charged accordingly. Repeated cancellations outside of the allotted window will result in the client being banned from booking with us.
